Job summary

You will support setup/teardown, manage interactions with coaches, players, and spectators, and ensure smooth game-day flow. The role is weekend/season-based with an starting hourly rate of $18, with potential increases to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience.
• Enthusiastic approach and a passion for youth sports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee game day operations across multiple youth sports programs throughout the year.
• Support sport-specific game day operations including setup and breakdown of league booths and fields/courts.
• Handle game situations involving coaches, players, parents/guardians, and officials.
• Establish relationships with coaches and officials and fill in as a coach or official as needed.
• Prepare official’s scorecards, sell mouth guards, and meet and greet customers at the field.
• Attend weekly Game Day Rep meetings and submit Weekend League Review with scores and events.
