Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee game day operations across multiple youth sports programs.
• Support setup and breakdown of league booths and fields.
• Establish relationships with coaches and officials; fill in as needed.
• Prepare official scorecards and assist customers at the field.
• Communicate with supervisor weekly and attend Game Day Rep meetings.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and address customer questions.
• Attend coaches’ meetings and staff trainings weekly.
