Job summary

RCX Sports in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking energetic game day staff to support youth sports events across NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, MLS GO, and NBA Jr. Leagues. You’ll assist with setup, customer interactions, and field operations.

The role offers weekend and select weekday shifts, starting pay of $18/hour with potential increases up to $25/hour, and training provided by RCX Sports; prior sports experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service‑oriented with good problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee game day operations across multiple youth sports programs.
• Support setup and breakdown of league booths and fields/courts.
• Handle game situations involving coaches, players, parents, and officials.
• Establish relationships with coaches and officials and fill in as needed.
• Prepare scorecards, assist customers at the field, and communicate with supervisor.
