Job summary

RCX Sports is seeking energetic staff to support game-day operations for multiple youth sports programs in Georgia. You will help with setup, field/booth management, and interactions with coaches, players, and families to ensure smooth events.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and teamwork, with an 18 USD hourly rate and potential raises to 25 USD. Training is provided; prior sports industry experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiasm for youth sports and working with families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee game day operations across multiple youth sports programs.
• Support setup and breakdown of league booths and fields/courts.
• Interact with coaches, players, parents/guardians, and officials.
• Prepare scorecards, sell mouth guards, and assist customers on the field.
• Communicate with supervisor weekly and attend game day meetings.
• Resolve conflicts and address questions from customers appropriately.
• Attend coaches’ meetings and staff trainings.
