Job summary

Connecticut Association for Community Action, Inc seeks a Program Manager to oversee statewide human services program implementation and administration. You will ensure contract compliance, monitor performance, coordinate with subcontractors, manage data, and drive quality assurance across CAFCA-funded initiatives.

Collaborate with partners and network staff to sustain high-quality service delivery, data integrity, and timely funder reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in program management or related area.
• Experience with publicly funded programs or subcontracted service models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations ensuring contractual compliance and alignment with scopes of service, deliverables, timelines, and performance outcomes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and network staff; provide guidance, technical assistance, and problem-solving support.
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor service-delivery systems for effectiveness and ensure timely data collection and reporting to funders.
• Maintain administrative records and files in accordance with CAFCA and funder requirements; support organizational priorities.
• Participate in in-person meetings and events as needed in a remote-friendly hybrid work environment.
