Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience in youth or social services settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, develop, train, and retain program staff to align with goals.
• Promote effective operations through staff onboarding and training.
• Deliver evidence-based curriculum and supervise staff delivering youth education and programming on healthy relationships and related topics.
• Oversee case recordings meet licensing and agency expectations.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and support program planning and budgeting.
