Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in child welfare; 1+ year supervising staff.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification at hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train, and retain program staff to meet goals.
• Build and sustain a cohesive team and positive morale.
• Deliver evidence-based SRAE curricula with oversight and coaching.
• Oversee intake, referrals, and case management through closure to ensure licensing expectations.
• Assist with program planning, budgeting, and grant reporting.
