Bethany Christian Services seeks a dedicated professional to lead and support the Safe Families program. You will collaborate with leadership, recruit and supervise staff and volunteers, ensure compliance with licensing and agency standards, and track performance metrics across the program.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with faith communities, managing volunteer training, and maintaining strong documentation and reporting. Experience in nonprofit settings is valued.

Qualifications

• Public speaking, public relations, networking, recruiting, training, coaching, and program administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to utilize social media to recruit volunteers and promote Safe Families
• Experience managing others
• Capable of autonomous work and meeting deadlines
• Confidentiality handling
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Safe Families leadership to implement Bethany and Safe Families mission
• Attract and retain quality staff by following HR policies
• Provide regular supervision and performance reviews according to state licensing
• Track and maintain reports on program recruiting information and volunteer vetting
• Supervise hosting and family friend activities with required documentation
• Participate in quality assurance and fidelity measures
• Ensure professional standards of the program are met
• Recruit, train, and engage volunteers while reporting progress against KPIs
