Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to serve Fresno and surrounding counties. You will conduct intake, referrals, and case notes, while supporting youth through case management and community resource linkages.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, 1–3 years leading youth, CPR/First Aid/AED certifications, and strong communication. On-site role with opportunities for growth in faith-based community service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• 1–3 years experience leading youth or groups is preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications must be obtained by hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, referrals, and case notes for youth.
• Provide case management and connect youth with community resources.
• Support recruitment and coordination of youth programming and worksites.
• Document data entries and follow-up to keep youth engaged with the program.
• Collaborate with agencies and families to ensure safety and success of youths.
