Rock County Youth Services Center seeks a dedicated supervisor to oversee line staff, enforce policies, and implement programs aligned with the center’s mission. The role includes managing staff, training, and coordinating with the Human Services Department to ensure safety and quality care for youth.

The position requires leadership in crisis situations, scheduling, and program implementation, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law and Justice or related area, and at least one year demonstrated experience with at-risk youth.
• Associates Degree and at least five years’ demonstrated experience working with at-risk youth.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervises YSC Line Staff and Relief YSC Line Staff.
• Attend bi-weekly supervisor meetings and evaluate staff performance.
• Assist with YSC Line Staff scheduling and facilitate weekly team meetings.
• Cover open supervisor shifts when needed and respond to crisis situations.
• Order supplies and meals and assist with related duties.
