Rock County's Behavioral Health Division seeks an experienced supervisor to lead Crisis Intervention staff and coordinate services for individuals and families in crisis. The role emphasizes clinical oversight, policy development, and cross‑agency collaboration to deliver high‑quality care aligned with recovery principles.

The position requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling and Wisconsin licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).

Qualificações

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Wisconsin LPC, LCSW or LMFT license required.
• Two or more years supervisory experience preferred.
• Five or more years experience with mental health/AODA issues preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance per Rock County policy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Crisis Intervention staff.
• Develop and enforce program policies; ensure compliance with codes and laws.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate care.
• Represent HSD in the community, including education and liaison duties with partners.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and provide on-call supervision as needed.
