Job summary

The position reports to the Agency Director and collaborates with courts, other departments, and external partners to improve performance, maintain documentation standards, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field and experience with the legal system.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets or fiscal oversight.
• Ability to analyze program performance data and prepare accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• 60% Supervises a team of employees performing child support case management functions.
• 20% Assists the Agency Director in administration, planning, and oversight of the Child Support Department.
• 15% Reviews, develops, and maintains agency policies, procedures, manuals, and systems.
• 5% Other duties as assigned.
