Job summary

Responsibilities

• Proactive follow-up with former participants via text, phone, or letter.
• Identify barriers to retention and refer to internal or external resources.
• Administer vouchers and milestone incentives; track progress and payouts.
• Maintain accurate case notes and document outcomes in VOS and related systems.
