Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions seeks a dedicated professional to engage and retain youth participants while providing case management and educational support. The role involves coaching, advocacy, and coordinating services to help individuals overcome barriers to employment and education.

You will collaborate with partners to create development plans, track milestones, and ensure participant confidentiality and program compliance in a dynamic workforce environment in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with youth, young adults, or workforce programs.
• Knowledge of workforce development, career pathways, and community resources is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supportive relationships with assigned youth participants.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and progress toward goals.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with participants.
• Identify at-risk individuals and implement intervention plans.
• Develop retention strategies to promote program completion.
• Maintain communication with participants via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings.
