Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services seeks a dedicated professional in Perrysburg, OH for a full-time, on-call role with an annual salary of $48,000. The position involves coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and supervising Direct Support Professionals.

You will manage schedules, collaborate with the service team, deliver quality care, and participate in ongoing training and care planning. A high school diploma is required, with a 4-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a four-year degree in social services or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in developmental disabilities, preferably in residential services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, benefits, etc.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Assist in developing behavior support strategies and ensure implementation, including training and assessing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure great communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training and quality service.
• Monitor staffing hours to provide appropriate services and coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals served, families/guardians, the county board, and the service team.
