ViaQuest Residential Services in Perrysburg, OH is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety, so no experience is required.

This role is available in full-time and part-time formats, offering paid training, a benefits package for full-time employees (medical, vision, dental, disability and life insurance, and a 401k), PTO, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, annual pay

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Personal reliable vehicle to transport individuals.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence, choice, and safety.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in all aspects of daily living.
• Perform household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
