Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Lucas County, Ohio, is seeking a Youth Residential Respite Operations Manager. This full-time role includes on-call duties and offers a salary of $56,500 per year.

You will manage the system of supports, coordinate staff, ensure team communication, and oversee program finances. Required: a four-year degree in social services or related field (or HS diploma with 4 years of I/DD/Multi System Youth experience) and prior supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s

Responsibilities

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.


• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.


• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.


• Financial oversight of program.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field.


• May substitute degree with high school Diploma and 4 years of I/DD or Multi System Youth experience


• Previous supervisory/management experience.


• Valid DL that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria.
