Qualifications

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid OH driver's license.
Must be able to assist with daily living activities including mobility.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to residents, fostering independence and safety.
Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily living.
Assist with meal preparation and keeping living spaces clean and safe.
Provide personal care assistance as needed.
