Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Driver’s license to operate passenger vehicle.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Criminal/Child Abuse Clearances as required by Montana state law.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, professional relationships with youth receiving mental health services.
• Serve as a positive role model with healthy boundaries and coping strategies.
• Support youth in achieving treatment plan goals with therapists.
• Facilitate skill-building activities in communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.
• Accompany youth in community settings to promote socialization and independence.
• Provide crisis support and de-escalation per YBGR protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR per agency standards.
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and partners for coordinated care.
• Contribute to PQI initiatives and uphold YBGR values.
