Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking a Family Support Specialist to help youth and families build healthier futures through in-home, school-based, and community support. You will craft personalized care plans with treatment teams to address challenges and promote positive coping in daily life.

Starting salary range is $19.21–$21.62 per hour, with placement on an 11-step pay schedule. You’ll collaborate with educators, therapists, and families, perform documentation in EMR, and participate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build rapport with youth and families while maintaining boundaries.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams and families.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop individualized plans and implement intervention strategies.
• Provide therapeutic support in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, educators, and families; weekly case consultations.
• Accurately complete EMR documentation and reporting.
• Support PQI initiatives and agency objectives.
