Job summary

Support Solutions Of The Mid-south Llc is seeking a Youth Service Residential Manager in Tennessee to oversee residential programs for youth, supervise staff, ensure adherence to licensure and state requirements, and coordinate program plans.

You will supervise Youth Care Workers, schedule trainings, maintain documentation, and ensure safe transport and daily operations while working within budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of direct service delivery experience with adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must meet background checks, TB tests, vaccines, and CPI/CPR certifications if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Youth Care Workers and implement staffing patterns.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation per regulations.
• Coordinate planning meetings and develop service plans (IEP/Treatment Plan).
• Ensure safety, transportation, and proper conduct of daily operations.
