Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in health & human services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Leadership/management experience through projects or roles required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential youth programs or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, oversight and performance of youth residential programs.
• Prioritize tasks for youth care specialists and remove obstacles to deliver care.
• Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders and ensure program compliance (100%).
• Travel to residential facilities within the Nashville area; work weekends and evenings.
