Job summary

Thompson seeks a Program Supervisor to lead our youth residential programs in an in‑office role in Tennessee. You will guide daily operations, prioritize tasks for care staff, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure 100% program compliance.

Evening/weekend shifts and on‑call duties apply. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in health & human services and at least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience, with a strong commitment to trauma-informed, evidence‑informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health & human services or related field.
• Supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Experience with residential youth programs or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of youth residential programs.
• Prioritize tasks for youth care specialists and remove obstacles for quality care.
• Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders and ensure program compliance.
