Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have one year of direct service delivery experience with adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting in assisting with personal care, if applicable.
• Must have proficient computer knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must meet state and local background check and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Youth Care Workers and ensure staffing patterns meet the care plan.
• Attend planning meetings and help develop care plans and activity calendars.
• Schedule and conduct staff meetings and trainings; ensure shift coverage.
• Coordinate safe transport of youth using agency vehicles.
• Maintain and review electronic and hard copy records per regulations.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and supplies for assigned homes.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment in compliance with standards.
• Communicate openly with youth, peers, and supervisors.
