Job summary

The role includes supervising Direct Support Professionals and coordinating ISP meetings and monthly calendars.

You will schedule staff, ensure proper coverage for all shifts, accompany service recipients to appointments, maintain records, and manage budgets and supplies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year's experience in direct service with adults with mental disabilities.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and transfer support when needed.
• Functional computer knowledge and clean driving record.
• Must meet background checks and TB/medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals; participate in hiring/firing with oversight.
• Attend ISP and Circle of Support meetings; develop monthly calendars.
• Schedule staff meetings and training; ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
• Provide direct service coverage and transport as required.
• Maintain service recipient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets, supplies, and home safety; supervise safety drills.
