Job summary

City Mission Living Stones is seeking a Residential Advisor to join the team and support youth in a Transitional Living program. You will work closely with staff to promote a safe, structured environment and help residents achieve personal goals through mentoring and daily supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification provided by the company.
• Experience with youth or residential settings preferred.
• Ability to follow program rules and guidelines.
• Willingness to participate in orientation and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Support residents as part of the therapeutic team.
• Maintain daily supervision of residents and safety procedures.
• Assist with transportation and activities as needed.
• Administer medications and perform basic first aid as trained.
• Complete documentation and incident reports.
