You will supervise daily dormitory life, promote positive behavior, respond to incidents, and collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, structured living environment that helps students develop life and career skills.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, youth-focused experience, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of one year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• In-state driver's license preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform related tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance for students to maintain positive dorm living and achieve goals.
• Supervise center activities to ensure safety and structure.
• Monitor dorms, respond to incidents, and enforce policies.
• Mentor students and develop life and career skills.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain a productive atmosphere.
• Overtime may be required; regular attendance is expected.
