Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and behavioral management techniques.
• Must pass background checks and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to drive a 7-8 passenger van.
