Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential program.
• Ensure funder compliance and licensing requirements.
• Recruit, train, and schedule Youth Development Specialists.
• Provide direct client services and supervise staff coverage 24/7.
• Maintain safe, clean facilities and support food program.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare required reports.
