Job summary

Integrity Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Resident Supervisor to oversee daily activities for youths in a residential setting in Florida. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience; experience in community-based programs preferred.

You will supervise residents, facilitate group activities, document progress notes, ensure safety, coordinate transportation, and participate in staff training. Proficiency with Word and electronic records is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years related experience with children or adolescents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and electronic records software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents daily and coordinate activities.
• Document daily progress notes by end of day.
• Maintain clean, safe environment for residents.
• Coordinate and transport residents to school and outings with management approval.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention.
