Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in residential treatment or youth services (or equivalent leadership).
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to de-escalate and support high-need youth.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
