Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula (BGCP) is seeking a part-time Van Driver in South San Francisco to transport students between schools and club sites during the school year. The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires safe driving, logs, and adherence to procedures for student transport.

Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid California Class C license, and have a clean driving record with proof of auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current and valid California Driver's license (Class C).
• Clean driving record and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and adapt to changes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience driving high school students a plus.
• Passion for BGCP's mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to BGCP students during the school year.
• Maintain vehicle logs.
• Perform routine vehicle safety checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vans.
• Manage and uphold the rules and regulations of the parking lot during student pick-up.
• Know travel routes and destinations.
• Be responsible for van repairs in case of emergencies.
