Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is seeking a part-time Assistant Club Director to support the Club Director in daily operations, coach and develop Youth Development Professionals, and build strong relationships with parents and schools. Youth ages 6–18 thrive under your guidance.

With 3+ years supervising youth programs and a passion for developing people, you will help create a safe, high-quality Club environment and contribute to effective program delivery.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21 to serve as BGCD Certified Driver.
• Minimum of three years of work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization, planning and supervising activities for youth.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Ability to guide members, including leadership in conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated ability working with young people, parents, and community leaders.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (training provided upon hire).
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clear MVR; BGCD Certified Driver eligibility if required.
