Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to manage program delivery at South Los Angeles and Carson sites. You will supervise staff and volunteers, plan activities, monitor attendance and budgets, and ensure a positive, safe environment for youth ages 6-18.

The role is part-time (25 hrs/wk), with a Monday–Friday 1:00pm–6:00pm schedule and hourly pay of $24.00–$26.00. Reports to the Senior Director of Operations and collaborates with schools and community partners.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of college experience or working toward a college degree.
• Knowledge of youth development and curriculum development strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement and evaluate programs and activities for members across core areas: Arts, Education & Career Dev., Character & Leadership Dev., Health & Life Skills, Sports & Recreation.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; monitor budgets and attendance reporting.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; coordinate with schools and external partners.
