Job summary

The Breathe Project is seeking a Site Supervision Manager to oversee multiple YouthPlaces program sites in the Pittsburgh area. You will coach Teen Development Coordinators, ensure safe, high-quality youth programming, and maintain compliance with organizational policies.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, multisite supervision, and the ability to monitor operations, attend to staff development, and build partnerships with schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in youth development, after-school programming, or nonprofit management.
• Experience managing multiple sites or teams is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate site staff at multiple YouthPlaces program sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality programming and operational consistency.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and professional development of site personnel.
• Foster a positive team culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and facilitate regular team meetings to review goals and performance across sites.
• Address employee performance concerns and coordinate corrective action as needed.
• Monitor daily site operations to ensure safety, engagement, and youth-centered programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement new initiatives and improve service delivery.
