Job summary

High Performance Academy (HPA) in the United States is seeking a Site Program Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure high-quality delivery of Programs, Camps, and Leagues across sites. This hybrid, travel‑required role reports to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, budgets, KPI tracking, and building partnerships with schools and community stakeholders to deliver safe, engaging youth programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Teams: Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and support program staff while fostering accountability, professional growth, and a positive team culture.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, timesheets, program logistics, and site operations to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Deliver High-Quality Programs: Ensure Programs, Camps, and Leagues consistently meet HPA's standards for safety, quality, engagement, and youth development.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor program performance, track KPIs, manage budgets, analyze operational data, and implement continuous improvements.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Primary liaison for school partners, families, community stakeholders; support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Improve Systems & Processes: Document and refine operational procedures, best practices, and scalable systems that strengthen program consistency across regions.
• Champion HPA Culture: Lead with integrity, accountability, and compassion while promoting HPA's core values, supporting employee engagement, and creating an exceptional experience for both staff and students.
