Job summary

Youth Guidance Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead 5-7 direct service staff within our Pittsburgh area programs. You will coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality curriculum delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities include hiring-related decisions, budget oversight, stakeholder reporting, and ongoing staff development. Strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to youth services are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services, or a related field from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of work experience in education, human services, youth development, or social service field.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience is required; two years preferred.
• Youth Engagement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision, feedback, and support to 5-7 direct service staff.
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate program activities and outcomes with replication specialists.
• Recruit youth, build relationships with school staff, and manage the annual program budget.
• Ensure program documentation, reports, and deliverables are completed on time.
• Provide weekly supervision and guidance on responsibilities, prioritization, and time management.
