Job summary

YMCA of the Pines is seeking a School's Out Site Supervisor to plan, implement and lead after-school programs for children in small groups at Upper Pittsgrove Elementary.

You will ensure safety, supervise staff and volunteers, maintain attendance and records, and respond to discipline concerns while fostering growth and skill development.

Strong leadership, clear communication, and First Aid/CPR are required; experience with children and an understanding of program operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Must possess leadership skills to motivate children.
• Must understand supervision and safety of children.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure safety of children, staff and volunteers.
• Plan and deliver quality program activities.
• Maintain accurate program records and attendance data.
• Address discipline concerns promptly and constructively.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
