Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica (SMBGC) is seeking a Site Coordinator to join our Lincoln Middle School operations, safety, and outreach efforts. This on-site, part-time role supports programming during school year and breaks.

You will lead programming, coordinate events, supervise staff and volunteers, maintain records, and build partnerships with families and schools to grow membership. Strong organization and communication are essential to empower youth and deliver safe, enriching

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in youth development or related nonprofit leadership.
At least 1 year of staff supervision experience, onboarding or training, coaching, and performance management.
Experience with safety protocols when working with youth in after-school settings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse communities.
Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and maintain program logistics.
Familiarity with supply orders and program budgeting.

Responsibilities

Oversee site operations at Lincoln Middle School with Club Director support.
Enforce safety policies and emergency procedures.
Maintain organized member records and track participation data.
Train staff using a train-the-trainer model on curricula and trauma-informed practices.
Coordinate enrollment, outreach events, and field trips.
Support programming, events, and partnerships with families and schools.
