Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead program delivery at the site, mentor youth members, and ensure proper implementation of national programs, local initiatives, ASSET, and events. This role emphasizes safety, data handling, and positive role modeling by Youth Development Professionals.

You will supervise youth and staff during program times, coordinate trainings and events, and help maintain attendance data while upholding confidentiality and high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience with youth-serving organizations, preferably Boys & Girls Clubs.
• Ability to supervise youth and staff in a safe environment.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor youth members and ensure proper program implementation.
• Collect data and maintain confidentiality and safety.
• Supervise staff during program time and coordinate events.
• Attend trainings and apply knowledge to programs.
• Maintain attendance records and support family engagement.
