Job summary

BGCME is seeking a dedicated site coordinator to serve as the primary contact for parents, staff, teachers, and the principal at the assigned club location. You will manage crises, prepare reports, and support the Area Director with clerical duties.

In this role you will oversee program activities like Power Hour, Project Learn, Torch Club, and Triple Play, maintain schedules, answer phones, and ensure accurate filing. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass a Drug Screen & TB Screen.
• Background Check/Fingerprinting.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Experience working with children.
• Demonstrate organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Function as a key contact for parents, staff, and community at the BGCME site.
• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate site activities (Power Hour, Project Learn, Torch Club, etc.).
• Relay messages to the Area Director promptly and assist in crisis response.
• Prepare correspondence and reports; maintain schedules and filing systems.
• Monitor attendance data and communications with Programs Director.
• Greet visitors, manage phone inquiries, and assist with club orientation.
• Ensure safety and quality of programs; participate in weekly staff meetings.
