Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a School Site Specialist to oversee program delivery and operations at an assigned school site. You will collaborate with the Programs team to plan, report, and implement BGCSNV programs while supporting site-wide operations and staff supervision.

Responsibilities include managing enrollments, attendance, and program tracking, maintaining a safe environment, and serving as a liaison with school administrators.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee programming, development, reporting, and implementation of BGCSNV programs at assigned School Site.
• Maintain site operations, safety, cleanliness, and asset inventory.
• Act as liaison between BGCSNV and school staff; represent BGCSNV at events.
• Guide member relations with mentorship, behavior guidance, and opportunities for growth.
• Assist with special events and other duties as needed.
