Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a School Site Specialist to oversee operations and programs at the assigned school site. You will work with the Programs team to plan, develop, report, and implement BGCSNV programs while serving as acting supervisor in the Site Director's absence.

You will ensure a safe, engaging environment for youth, manage enrollments and attendance, build relationships with school staff, and help recruit members through quality programming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with youth in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
• Experience with Microsoft and/or Google productivity suites.
• Ability to manage multi-age groups and large activities.
• Strong time-management and deadline-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Professional interaction with the public, families, and youth staff.
• Ability to ensure safety and well-being of others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and programs at assigned School Site.
• Plan, develop, report, and implement BGCSNV programs with the Programs team.
• Collaborate with school staff and act as supervisor in the Site Director's absence.
• Coordinate enrollments, payments, attendance, and program tracking.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging site environment for youth.
• Develop relationships with school administrators and BGCSNV stakeholders.
• Assist with events and special activities as required.
• Drive Club vans periodically and ensure program resources are available.
