Job summary

The Source Program Manager at TGTHR will lead The Source Drop-In Center and Outreach, delivering services with Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, Housing First and Positive Youth Development principles.

You will build partnerships with local organizations, ensure fidelity to program design, and measure project outcomes while supervising staff and coordinating with the Director of Programs.

Qualifications

• Education in social services or related field is required.
• Experience with vulnerable, at-risk, or unhoused youth is required.
• Minimum 2 years managing a diverse direct-care team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse team of Case Managers and staff.
• Oversee program operations, budgeting, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with grants, licenses, and laws.
• Foster partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Support evaluation and improvement of program outcomes.
