Job summary

TGTHR seeks a Source Program Manager to lead The Source Drop-In Center and Outreach, steering service design, delivery, and fidelity to trauma-informed care and housing-first approaches. You will develop partnerships with local organizations to enhance on-site and off-site services and oversee program evaluation and outcomes.

The role reports to the Director of Programs and supervises Case Managers and Direct Care staff, maintaining compliance with grants and regulations while advancing youth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience with vulnerable, at-risk, or unhoused youth.
• Minimum 2 years managing a diverse direct care team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse team including Case Managers and Youth Support staff.
• Oversee The Source program design, delivery, and fidelity to Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, Housing First, and Positive Youth Development.
• Coordinate partnerships with local organizations for on-site and off-site services.
• Ensure compliance with grants, licenses, and laws; manage budgets and documentation.
• Engage external partners and communities, represent TGTHR at meetings.
