Job summary

TGTHR to end youth homelessness is seeking a Source Program Manager to lead The Source Drop-In Center and Outreach, ensuring trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and Housing First practices. You will build partnerships, supervise staff, and drive program outcomes in a fast-paced, youth-facing environment in Boulder, CO.

The role reports to the Director of Programs and requires a strong focus on youth development, safety, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable, at-risk, or unhoused youth.
• 3–5 years in youth homelessness or related programs.
• Minimum 2 years managing a diverse team of direct care staff.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage The Source Drop-In Center and Outreach program.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional growth opportunities for staff.
• Ensure compliance with grants, licenses, and laws.
• Oversee budgeting, safety, incident reporting, and evaluations.
• Foster external partnerships and community engagement.
