Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with probation, judges, district attorney, and other stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships with organizations that support detained or at-risk youth.
• Attend meetings to ensure case coordination and aligned service delivery.
• Revise trainings, curriculums, forms, and intake procedures with leadership.
• Facilitate weekly healing circles and update curriculum annually to stay relevant.
• Oversee advocacy efforts and provide training to staff and volunteers.
• Co-manage program budgets and perform monthly expense analyses.
• Lead annual curriculum development and work planning with staff.
