Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of Tampa Bay Inc in Hudson, FL seeks a Program & Outcomes Coordinator to oversee planning and delivery of Club programs focused on belonging, academic success, health, life skills, and workforce readiness.

Under the supervision of the Club Director, you will plan schedules, supervise staff, manage records, and support the daily food program while ensuring a safe, engaging environment for youth and families.

Qualifications

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; a four-year degree in a related field is preferred.
At least three years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization is preferred.
Must complete organization-sponsored CPR training within 90 days of hire.
Must obtain Staff Credential per Childcare Licensing Board standards within one year of employment.
Must complete required DCF trainings within allotted time.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise age-appropriate Club programs and activities that support youth development outcomes.
Assist Club Director to supervise, coach, and train Club staff.
Create program schedules aligned with BGCGTB standards and maintain attendance records.
Oversee daily food program tasks including receipt, temperature documentation, meal distribution, and clean-up.
Ensure a clean, healthy, safe environment and compliance with regulations.
