Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Administrative program supervisor for the Youth On Fire program. You will assist in planning, managing operations and staff to support youth services.

Responsibilities include supervising direct care staff, coordinating services, maintaining community partnerships, and contributing to program budgeting and compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of program experience, including supervision.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer, with the ability to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care supervisors and indirectly their staff, providing guidance and feedback for development and productivity.
• Participate in performance evaluation, recognition and improvement plans, and staff selection/termination processes.
• Oversee program operations, budgeting, and compliance with QA and Utilization Review standards.
• Develop and implement annual operation budgets and monitor performance against budget allocations.
• Coordinate and integrate service delivery, plans for clients and their families, and crisis prevention/intervention where needed.
