Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers Inc. in Plymouth, MA seeks a Director of Milieu Services to lead and manage milieu-based programming across the Southeast Campus, ensuring therapeutic, developmentally appropriate care for youth.

You will supervise Milieu Directors and coordinators, develop services with clinical leadership, monitor budgets, evaluate programs, and maintain a collaborative, high‑quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Five years+ of program experience, including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fully own all elements of milieu-based programming within the campus, ensuring the milieu is therapeutic and youth needs are met.
• Assist with planning, development and integration of services based on youth and family needs.
• Supervise Milieu Directors, Campus Coordinator, Activity Coordinator, Permanency Coordinator and Direct Care Supervisors; provide guidance and development feedback.
